Burgan Real Estate Launches New Website

Burgan Real Estate has completed a 6-month project with the launch of their new, custom designed website for buyers and sellers in the Mahoning Valley and across the world at BurganRealEstate.com.  The new website, designed by Delta Media Group and under the consultation of their marketing firm, 898 Marketing, combines the latest technology for real estate agencies with unique social and digital content, imagery and valuable resources, all designed to deliver the same “Better with Burgan” brand experience customers have come to expect with their purchase/selling process with Burgan Real Estate.   The launch of the new online home for Burgan Real Estate comes after the company’s best performing month by volume in June, as well as posting the 6thconsecutive quarter of growth since Patrick Burgan and Sue Filipovich took over leading the company as second-generation owners.  The two have grown Burgan Real Estate into the third largest real estate company by volume in the Mahoning County, based on reports from CRIS MLS NEOHREX for the period ending June 30, 2018.

The new website for the 40 plus year old real estate company has been completely overhauled to leverage some of the most advanced real estate tools, designed to make an individual’s home buying and selling experience better.  The new site, which launched on July 16, required 6-months of research and design to create the new mobile friendly website.  By analyzing previous traffic and user experiences of visitors, the team at Burgan was able to make strategic changes to simplify the user experience and help residents find their new home quicker. 

Advanced Home Buying And Selling Features
