Canfield, OH (March 23, 2021) With the start of the NCAA men’s and women’s basketball tournaments this past week, everyone is in the bracket picking mood. The excitement is highest when a lower seed pulls an upset on a favored opponent, sending shockwaves across the basketball universe as brackets are busted and thrown into trash cans as easy as free throws. However, it is always good to see the favorites, who have put countless number of hours into practicing and earning the trust and favor of their fans, come out on top. While we like to think of ourselves as a “top seed” in the real estate industry, we clearly are going to be the favorites for a while with our addition of Justin Bofenkamp as the latest to join our Burgan Bunch real estate agents.

Bofenkamp is a native of Vienna, Ohio, where he grew up in a log cabin on a farm where he helped sell Christmas trees grown on their land. His drive and work ethic was established when he was young and continues to be on display as he is pursuing degrees in both Business and Psychology at Youngstown State
University. While he is anticipating his graduation in May of this year, he was not satisfied with waiting until graduation to start his career. He has been a licensed Realtor® for less than a year and found a home with our team at Burgan. The team concept is nothing new to Justin. In addition to his education, Justin continues to excel as a member of the YSU men’s basketball team, playing Point Guard, a position known for managing the game and being a leader on the court. Justin is ready to bring that same mentality to our team at Burgan Real Estate.
When he’s not studying and playing basketball, Justin enjoys relaxing with his family, consisting of his mother, father and older brother, or his friends. You can often find him outdoors, enjoying nature. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, he finds comfort in listening to music or making some of his own as an accomplished piano player. One thing you won’t find him doing though is sitting still, which is great news for his clients as he hustles to find them a better life in the homes they find together.
