Youngstown Columbiana Association of REALTORS® President Patrick Burgan awarded 2020 REALTOR® of the Year!
Youngstown, OH: The Youngstown Columbiana Association of REALTORS® was honored to present the 2020 YCAR Realtor® of the Year award to 2020 President Patrick Burgan.

It has become a long-standing tradition of YCAR that every year, each member has the opportunity to nominate one person whom they believe fits the award criteria, which includes their involvement in the levels of the REALTOR® organization, their business and educational experience and their community activity.
The purpose of this award is to recognize and honor a REALTOR® who is an active member of our association who has provided outstanding service to the real estate profession and to their community and for achievement or involvement not only in our local association but Ohio REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® as well.
Patrick Burgan is the Co-owner/Broker of Burgan Real Estate, Burgan Friedkin Commercial Real Estate, Market Title Agency, and current President of the Youngstown Columbiana Association of Realtors®. Patrick has been active at the local board since he joined the association in 2008. He served as a Directors on the YCAR Board in 2014-2015 and ran the chairs through to serve as the President in 2020. Patrick has served on numerous committees such as Budget & Finance, Installation, Investment, Leadership Retreat, Nominating, Personnel, Professional Standards, Purchase Contract, Strategic Planning. He also served as committee chair for the Purchase Contract Committee from 2017-2019 and participates by generously donating sponsorships and time for various YCAR events. Regionally, Patrick has served as an alternate Director for the Regional MLS in 2017 and has served on the MLS User Group. For the State Association, he has served on the Property Management & Investment Forum in 2018, as the YPN appointment to the Global Business Alliance Committee in 2019, and as Chair of the Local Board Forms committee in 2020. In the community, Patrick has served on the Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors, donated time to Boardman Rotary, a Directors of Boys and Girls Club of Youngstown, a Trustee on the YSU Penguin Club Board of Directors and is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Ohio Adoption Services.
