Burgan Friedkin Commercial Group will Operate as the Mahoning Valley’s Premier Commercial Property Group
Burgan Real Estate and Friedkin Commercial Realty have announced a partnership, forming a new commercial company, Burgan Friedkin Commercial Group. The new company unites two family-owned businesses in the Mahoning Valley to serve clients and properties as the premier commercial property group in the area.

Burgan Real Estate has been servicing the Valley as an independently, family-owned residential real estate company 43 years. Since taking over operations in 2017, second generation owners, Sue Filipovich and Patrick Burgan, have almost doubled total sales for the agency to over $100 million in 2019. Their approach to culture, continuing education and commitment to the area have created a business that is dedicated to finding a better way to improve the lives of their clients, agents and community.
Similarly, for over 40 years, Friedkin Realty has served hundreds of businesses in the area as a trusted commercial property group. Founded by Alan Friedkin, the company has developed, leased, managed and sold hundreds of thousands of square feet of real estate in the Mahoning Valley, including most recently his involvement with representing Mercy Health in the sale of the 224 property to Carnegie Development for the future Meijer location.
