However, with the recent addition of Trent Daily, one of Northeast Ohio’s most recognized and revered real estate agents, auctioneers and private selling officers, it is Burgan Real Estate who is going to learn a thing or two. Burgan Real Estate is delighted to welcome Trent Daily to the Burgan Bunch.
Though he was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, he has made his personal and professional home in Youngstown, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree from YSU in Criminal Justice. But his true calling was in real estate where for the last 12 years; Trent has become a triple-threat real estate agent. He has honed his skills as not only a real estate agent, but he has also been one of the most recognized auctioneers in the area as well as a private selling officer where he has handled court appointed foreclosures in 15 counties in Northeast and Central Ohio.
His fast talking and quick thinking skills as an auctioneer are needed in his personal life as well, seeing as he has two sons, Danny and Derry, and a dog, Peanut, who are always getting something in at the last second before he’s ready to close out the conversation.
Trent is not only a major contributor to the lives of his clients looking for their new home, but he also knows his sense of responsibility to contribute to the community and charities near and dear to his heart. No greater example of this is the fact that Trent is a Veteran of our United States Military.
As if his triple threat career in real estate is not enough, he is in his final semester of Law School at the University of Akron because, you know, why not add “Esquire” to your name as well? In his free time, which we’re pretty sure consists of a few minutes before he closes his eyes at night; he likes to channel his inner Stevie Ray Vaughan by playing guitar and singing. Burgan Real Estate hasn’t stopped hearing the birds sing outside since Trent joined the Burgan Real Estate and we’re so happy to welcome him to the Burgan Bunch.
